Professional Development

Skilled, trained and competent staff will provide care and support to our clients. All Carers are required to register for the relevant NVQ in Care Award (either level 2 or level 3 within the first six months of employment and will be supported towards achieving the qualification, which they will complete within three years. Employees who hold this qualification will be paid an enhanced salary. Other opportunities for professional development exist for those who wish to undertake them.
