Liberty HomeCare Ltd offer a range of services to support Service Users within the following groups: older people; older people with dementia; people with learning disabilities and people with physical disabilities.

Our commitment to quality is guaranteed and documented within our ‘Care Charter’:
We guarantee to provide you with the amount of contact time that you have paid for and not charge for care time you have not received.
Our Carers will:
· Complete the tasks in the Care Plan.
· Arrive as near as possible to the time allocated for calls and keep Service Users informed when this is not possible.
· Wear a uniform that is smart and clean and carry a photo ID card for you to inspect BEFORE allowing any access to your home.
· Be polite and courteous and professional in all matters.
· Respect your right and dignity and promote your independence at all times, listening to your wishes and opinions regarding your care.
· Show respect for your home. belongings and personal standards.

All of our services are provided by carers making personal visits at agreed times to carry out the tasks outlined in the Care Plan. Some tasks require more than one carer and this will have been discussed and details contained in the Care Plan. The Care Plan will contain details of the number of visits per day, expected duration of visits and other relevant detail.
Carers can be provided to sleep-in overnight or on a “Waking Night” basis as well as full 24 hour per day cover and Respite Care to allow full time carers to have a break.
